Overview
The Mental Health Master Bundle is our most comprehensive learning pathway, combining advanced psychology, mental health awareness, and professional life-coaching skills into one integrated programme.
This bundle brings together three full qualifications:
- Advanced Certificate in Psychology & Counselling (Awareness Level)
- Certificate in Mental Health
- Life Coaching Certificate
Together, they provide a deep understanding of human behaviour, emotions, motivation, mental health challenges, communication, and ethical support practices — while remaining firmly educational, non-clinical, and regulator-safe.
You’ll explore psychology from foundational principles through to applied counselling and support frameworks, learning how people think, feel, behave, cope, and change across different life contexts. Alongside this, you’ll build practical skills in communication, listening, goal-setting, and coaching that can be applied in personal development, workplace wellbeing, community support, and coaching roles.
The Mental Health Master Bundle is designed for learners who want serious depth without crossing into diagnosis, therapy, or regulated clinical practice. Throughout the programme, strong emphasis is placed on ethics, boundaries, safeguarding, and referral, ensuring you understand not only what to do — but also when to step back and escalate to qualified professionals.
This bundle is ideal if you want to:

Your advisor can help you clarify your goals and guide you toward the most appropriate support pathway, whether that’s working with a life coach or engaging with a wellbeing support professional, depending on what you’re hoping to achieve.

As part of the Mental Health Master Bundle, all learners receive weekly 30-minute one-to-one life coaching sessions for up to 12 months (up to 40 sessions) — fully included.

- Turn learning into real-world change
- Build confidence, structure, and momentum
- Keep moving forward with clarity and accountability

Curriculum Overview
Advanced Psychology
Applied psychology and counselling fundamentals.
This module introduces psychology as a scientific study of behaviour and mental processes. Learners explore how psychology developed, why it is considered a science, and how it is applied in everyday life. The module also establishes ethical boundaries and responsible use of psychological knowledge. It provides a solid foundation for understanding later topics in the course.
This module examines what behaviour is and why people act the way they do. Learners explore different types of behaviour, including learned and innate actions, and the factors that influence them. The module introduces key learning theories and real-life examples. Understanding behaviour helps improve communication, habits, and everyday decision-making.
This module explores how awareness, attention, and perception shape human experience. Learners examine how the brain processes information and why people interpret situations differently. The module also looks at altered states of consciousness such as sleep and fatigue. It builds insight into how perception influences behaviour and judgement.
This module explores what personality is and how it develops over time. Learners are introduced to major personality theories and common trait models. The module helps explain why individuals respond differently to stress, relationships, and challenges. It encourages understanding without labelling or diagnosis.
Mental Health
Core mental health knowledge and awareness.
Learn what mental health is (and isn’t), how it differs from mental illness, and why it matters for relationships, work, and physical health. You’ll explore the mental health spectrum and the key building blocks of wellbeing. You’ll also recognise broad categories of common conditions at an awareness level. Clear, practical foundations—without diagnosis or clinical claims. Designed to help you speak about mental health responsibly and confidently.
Understand what increases vulnerability (risk factors) and what builds resilience (protective factors) across biological, psychological, social, and cultural domains. Learn how these factors interact over time and why “context” matters. You’ll apply the framework to simple case examples to strengthen your judgement and empathy. This module helps you spot pressure points early and support healthier choices. Education-only, non-clinical and referral-aware.
Learn how stress works in the brain and body, and the difference between acute, chronic, episodic, and traumatic stress. Explore how stress affects thoughts, mood, behaviour, sleep, and physical health—and how it links to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and burnout (awareness level). You’ll build a toolkit of everyday stress-management strategies you can apply immediately. Practical, grounded, and designed for real life. Not therapy—just safe, evidence-informed education.
Identify common signs that you – or someone else – may be struggling, and learn healthy self-care strategies that support wellbeing. Practice simple, supportive communication skills: how to check in, listen well, and respond without judgement. Learn when and how to encourage professional help, while maintaining boundaries and protecting your own mental health. Ideal for people who want to be supportive without overstepping. Clear limits, safety-first approach.
Life Coaching
Practical coaching skills for personal growth.
Learn what life coaching is (and what it is not), including a client-centred approach, autonomy, and personal responsibility. You’ll understand how coaching supports goal clarity, motivation, and forward progress without giving clinical advice. Covers trust, rapport, confidentiality, and safe boundaries. Ideal for building a professional coaching mindset that empowers clients rather than “fixing” them. Education-focused and designed to keep your practice ethical and scope-safe.
Build the core skills that make sessions effective: active listening, powerful questioning, empathy, and constructive feedback. Learn a simple coaching process from agreement → goals → barriers → action planning → review. You’ll practise how to guide clients to their own solutions while staying structured and focused. Great for coaches who want consistency and better session outcomes. Clear, practical, and suitable for non-clinical coaching roles.
Master the SMART framework so clients set goals that actually translate into action. You’ll learn how to turn vague intentions into specific, measurable steps with timelines and accountability. Includes common mistakes, how to keep goals realistic, and how to align goals to values. This module improves clarity, motivation, and follow-through in a coaching setting. Educational tools only – no promises of results.
Go deeper with techniques that create insight and momentum: deep listening, working with the inner critic, reframing assumptions, and narrative coaching. Learn how to use metaphors/visualisations responsibly and how to support mindset shifts without crossing into therapy. Includes strengths-based approaches and practical neuroscience-informed concepts (awareness level). Designed to help coaches create more “breakthrough” moments while staying within scope. Strong emphasis on ethics and client autonomy.
