1. Scope & Application
This Policy applies to all services delivered by Clarity Coaching School Limited, including:
• Educational courses and learning resources
• Life-coaching sessions
• Optional wellbeing or educational-support services
Clarity Coaching School provides education-only content, personal-development coaching, and non-clinical wellbeing support.
We do not provide:
• Diagnosis of medical or mental-health conditions
• Medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment
• Psychotherapy or counselling therapy
• Mental-health care or clinical intervention
• Crisis or emergency services
2. Educational Safeguarding Framework
All courses are designed solely for:
• Awareness-raising
• Theoretical understanding
• Educational insight
• Personal development
No course:
• Confers clinical qualification
• Grants licensure or regulatory authority
• Authorises the practice of counselling, psychotherapy, psychology, or mental-health intervention
Mandatory Safeguards
All high-risk or sensitive modules include:
• “Educational Use Only” disclaimers
• Prominent crisis-referral signposting
• No-diagnosis and no-intervention statements
• Direction to local emergency services and professional resources
3. Life-Coaching Safeguarding Standards
Life-coaching is strictly limited to:
• Goal-setting
• Motivation and accountability
• Habit formation
• Lifestyle and performance structuring
Coaches may:
• Facilitate reflective dialogue
• Support clarity of personal objectives
• Encourage constructive behaviour change
Coaches must not:
• Diagnose mental-health or medical conditions
• Treat trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, or self-harm
• Deliver psychotherapy, counselling therapy, or crisis support
4. Optional Wellbeing & Educational-Support Services
Some programmes offer optional access to counsellors or wellbeing practitioners. These services are:
• Educational and support-focused only
• Non-clinical in nature
• Not a substitute for regulated professional care
Practitioners:
• May hold credentials in their home jurisdiction
• May not be licensed in the learner’s country
They must not:
• Diagnose disorders
• Prescribe treatment
• Provide therapy where licensure is legally required
5. Mandatory Risk Escalation Protocol
If a learner discloses or presents indicators of:
• Suicidal ideation
• Self-harm behaviour
• Abuse or exploitation
• Psychosis or hallucinations
• Acute psychological distress
• Medication misuse
The practitioner must:
Pause or terminate the session
Provide local emergency-service contact details
Direct the individual to seek immediate help
Record a safeguarding incident
Notify the Safeguarding Lead within 24 hours
6. Informed Consent
Before accessing any service, users must confirm that: ’
• Coaching is not therapy
• Wellbeing support is not clinical care
• Licensed professionals must be consulted locally
• Sessions may be paused or ended if safeguarding risk arises
7. Complaints & Safeguarding Reporting
Safeguarding concerns should be reported to:

Response timeframe: within 48 hours.
8. Jurisdictional Boundaries
Clarity Coaching School Limited makes no claim of regulatory equivalence across jurisdictions. Users are responsible for compliance with local professional and licensing laws.
