1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Clarity Coaching School website, courses, and services.
By accessing this website, enrolling in any course, or booking any coaching or educational support service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use this website or any services provided.
2. Nature & Scope of Services
Clarity Coaching School Limited provides education-only personal development services, including:
• Educational courses
• Non-clinical life-coaching
• Wellbeing and self-development support within an educational scope
Clarity Coaching School does not provide, and expressly excludes:
• Therapy or counselling treatment
• Psychotherapy
• Diagnosis of any condition
• Mental-health care or clinical intervention
• Crisis intervention or emergency services
• Medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice
All services and content are provided solely for educational and informational purposes.
3. Educational-Only Status & No Professional Qualification
Completion of any course, programme, or coaching service:
• Does not qualify you to practise psychology, counselling, psychotherapy, or mental-health intervention
• Does not confer certification, licensure, accreditation, or professional authority
• Must not be represented to any third party as a professional or clinical qualification
You agree not to misrepresent any course or service provided by Clarity Coaching School.
4. Personal Responsibility & Use of Information
You acknowledge and agree that:
• You are solely responsible for how you apply any educational material or coaching guidance
• You must seek appropriately qualified professionals for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other regulated matters
• Any decisions or actions taken based on our content are taken entirely at your own risk
5. Life-Coaching & Wellbeing Boundaries
Life-coaching and wellbeing support are:
• Non-clinical
• Non-therapeutic
• Not a substitute for professional mental-health, medical, or clinical care
Life-coaching does not include therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support.
6. Safeguarding & Risk Disclosure
Where we reasonably believe there is a risk of harm to you or others — including abuse, neglect, self-harm, or suicidal ideation — we reserve the right to:
• Pause or terminate services
• Encourage referral to appropriate qualified professionals or emergency services
Clarity Coaching School does not provide crisis or emergency support services.
7. Cooling-Off Period & Refund Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase.
If you request immediate access to digital content, you acknowledge that you waive your statutory right to cancel once the content has been accessed.
Refunds within the 14-day period will only be issued where:
• No substantial course content has been accessed
• No coaching or educational support sessions have been delivered
After the 14-day period, all sales are final and non-refundable.
No refunds are provided for:
• Change of mind
• Personal circumstances
• Failure to complete courses
• Dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes
8. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access without refund if you:
• Breach these Terms
• Misuse the platform
• Breach safeguarding requirements
• Make false professional or clinical claims
• Attempt to provide unauthorised regulated services
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for:
• Loss arising from reliance on educational content
• Indirect or consequential loss
• Outcomes resulting from use of services
Nothing limits liability where exclusion is unlawful.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials remain the property of Clarity Coaching School Limited.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell content without written permission.
11. Data Protection
Use of services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Final Acknowledgement
By enrolling, you confirm that you:
• Understand the education-only nature of services
• Accept the stated boundaries
• Agree to the refund and safeguarding provisions
• Have not relied on any representations outside these Terms
